Andrea’s Talent Management, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Agency”) operates as a Talent
Management Agency, providing management services, consultations, talent bookings,
branding support, strategy development, and career guidance. By using this website or
engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
● Talent management (non-exclusive & exclusive)
● Consultations
● Brand development
● Career strategy
● Pitching talent to brands, casting directors, partnerships, and opportunities
● Booking coordination
● Agency representation
● Marketing and promotional services
All services are delivered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee results, bookings, income,
placements, or brand partnerships.
We accept the following payment methods:
● Website checkout
● Zelle
● Cash App
● Stripe
● PayPal (including Klarna payment plans)
● Direct invoices
All payments must be completed prior to service delivery.
● Consultation fee: $99
● Consultations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to receive a reschedule
option.
● If cancellation is made within 24–48 hours before, the consultation may be
rescheduled once at no additional charge.
● No refunds will be issued for consultations under any circumstances.
● Missed appointments without notice result in forfeiture of the fee.
Non-Exclusive Management
● Agency commission: 15%
● Applies only to opportunities created, negotiated, or secured by Andrea’s Talent
Management, LLC.
● No commission is collected on opportunities the client obtains independently.
● No commission on renewals unless negotiated by the Agency.
Exclusive Management (If Applicable)
If a client signs an exclusive contract, terms will be detailed in that individual agreement.
Deposits & Payments
● All bookings require a deposit upfront to secure talent.
● Deposits are non-refundable.
● Final payment must be completed before the event, appearance, or service.
Cancellations
● Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled
date.
● Cancellations made after the 5-day window result in full forfeiture of payments.
Andrea’s Talent Management, LLC does not guarantee:
● Bookings, placements, castings, or brand deals
● Any level of income or revenue
● That management services will lead to fame, exposure, or employment
● Any specific outcomes from promotional or marketing services
We operate on a professional, best-effort basis only.
We do not offer refunds for any services, including:
● Consultations
● Management services
● Marketing services
● Booking deposits
● Strategy sessions
● Digital services
● Retainers or monthly fees
All sales are final due to the nature of the work and time/labor invested.
To terminate a management agreement:
● Client must provide 30-day written notice via email.
● Commission obligations remain valid for any deals already in progress or negotiated by
the Agency.
● Any outstanding balances or fees must be paid before termination is finalized.
We collect customer and talent information through:
● Website forms
● Email
● Direct messages
● Phone calls
● Consultations and applications
Information is used only for business operations, communication, and service delivery. We do
not sell client data.
Full Privacy Policy may be provided separately upon request.
In the event of any dispute:
1. Parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration first.
2. If arbitration fails, further legal action may be pursued under Georgia law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of
Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Andrea’s Talent Management, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any
time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
